Contact and newsletter requests
Contact forms collect your name, email address, subject and message to receive and handle your enquiry. Your message is not published.
Newsletter requests record email, language, consent, date and status. They remain pending until delivery is enabled and confirmation completed. Opening a form does not subscribe you.
How information is used
Information supports your requests, newsletter interest, saved products and the security of forms and the service.
Newsletter interest is voluntary and can be withdrawn through contact. Sending an enquiry does not itself authorize unrelated marketing.
Sessions, security and counts
Your shortlist and notes are stored in your browser session. Sessions, security logs and rate limits may involve IP addresses and browser information.
Visits and seller clicks are counted in aggregate tables without personal visitor identifiers. This does not mean all technical records are anonymous.
Google Maps and external providers
The contact page loads a Google map. Your browser communicates with Google, which may process technical data, identifiers or cookies under its policies and your settings.
The map does not need your form contents. Hosting and technical providers may help deliver the service. External services can involve processing in other countries.
Protection and retention
Contact and newsletter email addresses are encrypted in the database and administrative access is restricted. Other message fields and technical records are not all encrypted in the same way.
Records are retained as needed to handle requests, provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Cookie expiry does not automatically delete every server record.
Requests and changes
Use contact to ask for information, access, correction or deletion of data you provided, or withdraw newsletter interest. Where applicable, you can also request restriction, objection or portability and contact the competent authority.
Provide only details needed to identify the request. We may need to verify that it concerns your data before disclosing or changing them. Relevant service changes will be reflected here.
